Lesson times will be arranged with the teacher.

In principle, the same teacher will conduct your lessons, but this may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you cannot attend a lesson, please notify the teacher in advance.

Make-up lessons: You may reschedule a lesson if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Make-up lessons must be used within the same calendar month and cannot be carried over to the following month.

Late cancellations & no-shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson, or failure to attend without notice, will be considered completed lessons and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

Our private lessons offer multiple plans with different prices and lesson frequencies. For example:

1. 25 minutes × 4 lessons/month — $80 per month

2. 50 minutes × 4 lessons/month — $120 per month

3. 50 minutes × 8 lessons/month — $220 per month

All plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Please check your chosen plan for the exact fee and schedule.

Lessons will be based on Genki, but materials can be adjusted as needed.

You will receive lesson notes on our Student Portal after class.

If you wish to stop lessons, please provide at least one week's notice.

If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, they will either reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
